Welcome to our adventure-driven world! We are Mark and Lorinda, passionate travelers, hikers, bikers, backpackers, campers, and RV owners. Our journey is fueled by a desire to explore new and exciting places, meet fascinating people from around the globe, and make lifelong friends, whether at a far-off destination or a campsite just down the road.
OUR BACKGROUND
Mark was raised in rural Georgia, my early years were filled with camping, hiking, swimming, and hunting with family. My journey into the outdoors was further enriched by my time in the Boy Scouts, where I later served as a Cub Scout, Boy Scout, and High Adventure Team Leader. As a retired U.S. Marine, I bring over five decades of outdoor experience to our adventures, always eager to share my knowledge and skills.
Lorinda: Also hailing from rural Georgia, my childhood was similarly steeped in outdoor activities. My path has been diverse, having been a Girl Scout, Cosmetologist, Business Owner, Homemaker, Homeschool Teacher, Interior Decorator, and, above all, an avid traveler. My varied experiences enrich our travels, adding a unique touch to every adventure.
